Hawke's Bay Event Photographer - Creative Works

Capturing your event with professional event photography can showcase your business or project to your existing and potential new customers and bring real interest to your work. Whether it's a corporate function, product launch, industry conference, awards evening, festival, or community event, professional imagery tells the story of what happened and why it mattered.

As a Hawke's Bay Event Photographer with over a decade of experience, I've covered a wide range of events across Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and the wider region. From large-scale public festivals like the Napier Art Deco Weekend through to intimate business functions and product showcases, I bring a calm, unobtrusive approach that lets your event run naturally while I document it authentically.

Good event photography does several things for your business. It gives you content for your website, social media, and marketing materials. It shows future attendees and clients what to expect. It builds credibility and trust. And it creates a lasting record of your work that you can use for months and years after the event itself.

I work efficiently and independently — you won't need to manage me on the day. I know how to read a room, anticipate key moments, and move through a crowd without disrupting the flow of your event. The result is imagery that feels real, not staged.

Based in Napier, I cover events throughout Hawke's Bay and travel for the right project. If you have an upcoming event and want to talk through what's involved, I'd love to hear from you.

Invest in quality imagery and book me, Michael, as your Hawke's Bay Event Photographer.
